Keep Guests Dancing; Have Epic Reception Photos and Memories!
Get your guests on the dance floor and have the best night with your friends family!!!!
Put the Photobooth Near the Dancefloor
This really hinges on the floor plan of the venue. We had our photobooth in a separate room to create an experience for guests to enjoy away from the party. But my favourite song came on and I remember dashing to wrangle the bridesmaids and get to the dancefloor with them. If we kept the photobooth near the dancefloor the ebs and flows would have been so much easier to have photos AND dance the night away.
Hand Out Props
Your guests will excitedly party the night away with sunglasses, glowing foam wands, hats, glow sticks. It makes for amazing photographs, and even better memories!
Dance the Night Away, TOGETHER
People tend to flock to the couple, if you stay on or near the dancefloor your guests will party the night away with you!
Grab a Quick Bevvy
Bevvys and dancing, they go hand in hand. Keep your guest hydrated easily or an easy access to alcohol by putting the dancefloor close to the bar. This also prevents a queue happening at the bar so guests can pop over to the bar quickly.
Hire an Exceptional DJ
A DJ will keep the party going! They read the room and keep guests on the dancefloor, they are playing the best sequences of songs to ensure your guests have the BEST time!
Bonus, some DJ companies rent out a line of reception add-ons, and they can really pump up a reception!!
