Our First Workshop
The spark, our very first workshop was a free, casual event exclusively for wedding photographers in January 2025 at Head Office, Ottawa. It was hands-on, fun, and focused on tackling CRM challenges during the off-season.
This small gathering sparked something bigger, the idea to bring education and connection to all wedding vendors and ultimately inspired The Retreat.
The Kick off!
At The First Official Retreat in May 2025 at Maple & Rose, we kicked things off with a full-day experience for wedding vendors ready to finally take control of their CRMs.
This retreat focused on the initial inquiry and lead capture process, helping vendors transform how they bring new clients into their business.
Consults, Bookings & Alpacas
This June retreat dove into consultations and booking systems, giving attendees the tools to make meaningful changes no matter the season whether in the chaos of busy wedding months or slower downtime.
To keep things light and fun, we had an unforgettable meet-and-greet with the sweetest alpacas at Little Foot Alpaca Farm!
Education and Treats
Our most recent retreat focused on pre- and post-service management, creating seamless workflows for every stage of the client journey.
The day blended hands-on learning at the Boathouse Café with cake tastings by the Baker in Pajamas, turning an educational session into a truly sweet experience.
