Dancing Under a Rainbow - Billings Estate Wedding, Associate Photographed for Stacy Kenopic
S & E’s wedding at Billings Estate was a celebration of love, family, and culture. The weather leading up to the day was unpredictable to the point that the day before I had messaged Stacy asking if the couple had a rain plan!! But the sun shone through just in time for their outdoor ceremony under the iconic Billings Estate Tree, making for an absolutely gorgeous setting.
Thinking of having pets on your wedding day? Bring your pup's favourite treats and have someone assigned to pet sit, or hire a pet sitter! Honestly, the couple’s dog was a star of the day, posing perfectly for portraits and being an adorable part of the ceremony. So adorable and well-behaved!
Throughout the day, S & E changed outfits multiple times to honor different aspects of their heritage, creating a rich tapestry of cultures and traditions. Despite the busy whirlwind day, they made time for some stunning couple portraits in each outfit with time for family portraits and couple portraits, all while ensuring they could also enjoy cocktail hour with their guests!!
As the couple had their first dance under a rainbow – a truly magical moment!! After dinner, and as if on cue, rain began to pour, their friends ran outside to kick off the tradition of all dancing together, closing out my photography coverage of celebration with joy and roaring laughter.
